About the Team We are reimagining the gateway to Capital One. As the Product Manager for Allspice, you will own the platform capabilities that determine how millions of people interact with our brand. You will leverage real-time data to bridge the gap between complex backend decisioning and seamless frontend customer experiences. As the product leader driving our offer ecosystem, you will deliver technological solutions across areas such as AI and machine learning decision-making. We are looking for a PM who can navigate complex technical landscapes to build elegant, resilient, and scalable features. Allspice enables our business to rapidly create, test, and scale card products. In this role, you will lead the roadmap for our next generation of capabilities—partnering directly with engineers, architects, and marketers to scale the platform for new use cases and ensure Capital One remains at the forefront of fintech innovation. General Responsibilities: Manage our offers modernization effort - spearheading the future of offers at Capital One Lead the product roadmap, backlog, and vision, including goal setting, prioritization, capability delivery, and detailed product roll-out coordination Continually drive to understand customer needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions Deeply understand customer needs to represent the "voice of the customer" in day-to-day prioritization and technical trade-off discussions Partner with engineering teams to build and maintain high-availability, real-time systems that process millions of offers annually.
