As the Manager of Printing Services , you will be leading and developing a team of production team members in a fast-paced 24-7 production environment. You will provide direction, set goals for daily production, and manage the performance of your team while providing timely feedback. You are responsible for leading a positive culture where teamwork and a ‘can-do’ attitude is a top priority every day. In this role you are responsible for coordinating projects, training team members and contractors, monitoring product and packaging quality, ensuring adherence to the production schedule, assigning work to team members and external contractors, maintaining and purchasing inventory of supply items, orienting new team members and ensuring safety practices and processes are adhered to at all times. As the Manager of Printing Services, you are accountable to completing all tasks as assigned by the Sr. Manager. Schedule: 12 hour shifts which may include nights/weekend hours. Location: 100% on-site at Brooklyn Park, MN TPS facility

Requirements

  • 4-Year degree in related field and/or 5 years’ experience in print environment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment through multiple projects and details
  • A proven track record for leading teams and managing performance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to read, understand and follow job instructions
  • Able to work 12hr shifts
