About The Position

We are looking for a Manager, Pricing & Billing to join our team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or possess Automotive Account experience
• Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP-up)
• Deadline-focused, organized, problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing
• Oversee billing process and work with internal/external team to resolve issues
• Reconcile billing totals with client
• Research and resolve client billing problems/issues
• Process invoice back-up files for Finance Team
• Process Credits and track discounts
• Generate Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports for internal team/management
• Evaluate COGS and inventory costs.
• Report out to management teams on monthly Day 3 call (revenue/costs against forecast)
• Track net sales rates and trends by line of business
• Request purchase orders, project tracking numbers, and review/approve time entries
• QC all billing files and invoices
• Be available first few days of each month.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports, charts, and data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
