We are looking for our next Manager, Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect supporting the Sale Operations Effectiveness Team, in Fort Worth, TX. As a Manager, Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect you will be responsible for leading the strategic evolution of our digital operational discipline. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, tech-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operational execution. You will be a key thought partner in shaping and scaling our digital ecosystem and the internal processes that underpin, ensuring they are optimized for performance, agility, and future growth. In this role, a typical day will include: Architect and drive platform scalability strategies and solutions that are aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to elevate platform capabilities, integrations, and reliability to support rapid scaling and best-in-class operational discipline Synthesize complex technical and business processes, and their dependencies, into actionable, data driven insights to inform strategic planning Identify and implement optimization opportunities across platforms, processes, and performance metrics. Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with senior stakeholders. Track and report on progress against digital strategy KPIs and platform performance benchmarks. Inspire and engage high-performing teams through clear communication, storytelling, and strategic alignment. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on platform evolution, scalability, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+1 yr.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

• Proven track record of scaling digital platforms and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience working in agile, matrixed environments.
