Manager, Pharmacy| UF Health Durbin Park Hospital
About The Position
In preparation for the opening of our new UF Health Durbin Park Hospital in September of 2026, we are seeking an experienced pharmacy manager to lead the efforts in finalizing the physical pharmacy space, recruiting and evaluating staff for operations, and ensuring policies and standards are developed to complete the successful opening in the Fall. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this role is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader who has demonstrated success in building and leading teams. Prior experience in opening or expanding pharmacy operations in an acute care hospital setting is strongly desired.
Requirements
- A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least 3 years of leadership experience are required.
- Unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Florida required.
- A consultant pharmacist license in the state of Florida is required or must be obtained within three months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in opening or expanding pharmacy operations in an acute care hospital setting is strongly desired.
