About The Position

The Manager Facilities and Plant Operations is responsible for the day-to-day Plant Operations and Facility maintenance at UF Health Durbin Park Hospital.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required, or four or more years in a maintenance supervisor role.
• At least 3 years of facilities supervisor experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Hospital Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, maintaining, and operating systems and equipment
• Leading the supervision of Plant Operations
• Identifying and initiating directives
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule contracted services
• Maintenance and monitoring of building automation system.
