About The Position

The Operations Pharmacy Manager will be an expert in pharmacy operations and
medication-use systems. This Manager will take on advanced responsibilities in
the areas of pharmacy operations, technology and automation, medication safety,
quality improvement, compliance, technician oversight and training, medication
compounding and preparation, and education related to all aspects of pharmacy
operations. The Operations Pharmacy Manager will report to the Director of
Pharmacy to provide safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and
patient-centered medication use.
