About The Position

The PGS Plant Network spans more than 36 manufacturing facilities across 30 countries, creating one of the most dynamic and complex supply networks in the pharmaceutical industry. Our Digital & Technology Network & Automation organization plays a critical role in this ecosystem providing strategic partnership, digital innovation, and 24x7 application support to keep operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. As the Integration & Resilience Manager, you will lead efforts to standardize digital processes across the global plant network, strengthen business continuity, and drive cross‑network digital initiatives that improve operational performance. You will help shape how our plants integrate, collaborate, and leverage technology—ensuring resilience, enhancing uptime, and supporting a globally connected manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strategic, systems minded leader who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing them across regions, and driving meaningful impact at scale.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in information technology systems and/or infrastructure with minimum 1-3 years’ related experience in the pharmaceutical or fine chemical industry.
  • Understanding of PGS and Plant Network organization and processes
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively; embrace diversity; influence stakeholders and build business partnerships to deliver results.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment to establish and drive standard processes and procedures across our teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process standardization and digital asset optimization across the PGS manufacturing sites to ensure consistent and seamless service across the network.
  • Serve as the liaison between the support Organization and other teams that provide services at or to our PGS Locations. This includes pre-planning and communications of global system outages or network wide system impacts.
  • Act as Point of Contact (PoC) for partners regarding support needs and govern prioritization within the network
  • Support the Business Continuity and Business Resilience program. This includes assisting in the creation of a standard approach to managing and maintaining Business Continuity/Digital Resilience plans and processes for all critical digital systems. This also includes participating in simulated business continuity event planning and response to prepare for real incidents.
  • Work across the network to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing programs such as: Application Rationalization/Modernization, Data Integrity, Lifecyle Management, Archival & Decommissioning, Business Continuity/Digital Business Resilience.
  • As a member of the Innovation Council, identifying cross network innovation opportunities and solutions to help deliver time savings and efficiency improvements to the business and managing the cross-network deployment/adoption of them.
  • Monitoring our manufacturing site team processes for consistency in leveraging and utilizing the Pfizer IMEX process for the business and including structured Gemba’s, Visual Management, Standard Work and CI Loop.
  • Coordinate programs with wide impact where multiple sites/plants teams are impacted.
