The Manager of Performance Media & Advertising within the global Paid Media team will involve close collaboration with cross-functional Hertz teams and external partners. This individual will support and manage the approved paid media performance advertising strategy and forecast based on NA advertising budgets across our brands and maintain optimal levels of media performance across channels with efficiency vs. our benchmarks in accordance to regional business needs and/or local market environments. Identify and implement new media vendors, media partners, products, manage and streamline internal processes, and disseminate paid media advertising results and insights for innovation and report campaign results. Note: this role will be required to work hybrid from our Atlanta, GA or Estero, FL WHQ office at least 3 days per week.
