As a Manager of Performance Marketing, you will lead the charge in crafting campaign success stories, overseeing campaign reporting, monitoring, and strategic optimizations for key accounts. Your creativity will shine as you develop captivating creative materials and technical setups for successful campaign launches. You will be responsible for budget tracking and KPI mastery, ensuring campaigns are on track for maximum growth. Building strong client relationships will be key, as you will oversee accounts with increasing autonomy and become a trusted partner in steering campaigns toward success. Your role will also involve contributing to strategic discussions that directly impact the agency's approach to challenges and opportunities, while engaging in inclusive marketing initiatives that showcase your expertise.
