About The Position

The Manager, Performance Creative will own the creative strategy for paid social across Meta and TikTok, partnering closely with Marketing and Creative to drive measurable improvements in CAC, CVR, and revenue. This is not a traditional brand creative role. This is a data-informed, experimentation-led growth role responsible for turning insights into high-performing, scalable creative concepts. You will lead testing roadmaps, translate performance data into clear creative direction, and ensure we maintain a robust pipeline of platform-native assets that convert.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social strategy (DTC experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record improving creative performance on Meta and TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working in Ads Manager, GA, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or agency dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, editors, UGC creators, and agencies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to leadership.

  • Experience in wellness, personal care, supplements, or consumer health is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social creative strategies across product launches and evergreen growth initiatives.
  • Own the creative testing roadmap — concept ideation, hook testing, message sequencing, persona expansion.
  • Identify winning creative patterns and scale them across platforms.
  • Continuously evolve strategy based on performance data, platform shifts, and competitive activity.
  • Develop funnel strategy including high-converting landing pages and ad variations.
  • Analyze paid social performance data (CTR, thumb-stop rate, CVR, CPA, AOV, MER).
  • Translate performance insights into clear briefs for creative production.
  • Lead weekly and monthly creative performance readouts to leadership.
  • Partner with agency to optimize creative against CAC targets.
  • Conduct persona research to unlock new audience segments.
  • Develop tailored creative angles aligned with lifecycle stage and funnel depth.
  • Use organic social trends, UGC patterns, and cultural insights to inform paid concepts.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams to:
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of performance assets
  • Ensure Meta and TikTok best practices are integrated
  • Align creative output with testing needs and launch timelines
  • Provide clear weekly creative asset needs based on campaign performance.
  • Monitor platform updates and emerging creative trends.
  • Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve speed and output quality.
  • Identify new ad formats and storytelling approaches to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate timelines across teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
