Description Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the People Solutions Desk team to provide high-quality, responsive support across in-person, phone, and digital channels. Oversee employee-facing administrative processes, including job postings, timesheet review support, training compliance tracking, employee inquiries, and related lifecycle transactions. Serve as a subject matter resource on HCM processes and compliance requirements, including I-9 administration and employee transaction support. Manage financial and administrative processes , [PJ1] including initial financial approvals, purchasing support, vendor coordination, contract renewal tracking, One Card oversight, check deposit coordination, and monthly reporting. Assist PCB Finance team with budget development, including financial modeling, headcount and salary modeling, and revenue and expense projections. Use data, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor service levels, identify issues, and improve operational performance. Leverage technology, automation, and generative AI to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve speed, accuracy, and service quality. Partner across the division to support projects, workspace logistics, and operational continuity, while reinforcing consistent standards and effective follow-through.
