We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our People & Culture team in a role that blends strategic impact with executive-level support. As Manager, People & Culture – Strategic Projects, you will work directly with the Chief People & Culture Officer and the SVP, Global Corporate P&C to deliver comprehensive analysis to support executive problem-solving, design executive presentations and project manage strategic P&C initiatives that shape the future of our organization. In addition to this strategic work, you will provide day-to-day HR Business Partnering support to employees in our Miami office, collaborating with our Toronto corporate office Business Partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
