Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across key People metrics including talent pipeline health, retention, engagement, and leadership development outcomes Analyze workforce trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for People and Operations leaders Partner with HR Systems, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure data integrity and integrate People data into business scorecards Develop standardized KPIs and reporting definitions to create consistency across the organization Prepare quarterly People Insights reports connecting talent outcomes to business performance Lead and support cross-functional People projects from concept through execution Apply structured project management tools to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Track initiative progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure accountability across teams Develop scorecards and success measures for key initiatives such as talent acquisition, training, and EVP Create executive-ready presentations and narratives that communicate impact and drive alignment

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Project Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday, ADP, or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights
  • Strong collaboration skills, executive presence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience in a multi-unit, hospitality, or high-growth environment preferred
