About The Position

The People Analytics Team at Datadog uses data to help our growing organization make better people decisions. As Manager, People Analytics Data Platform, you’ll lead the team responsible for building scalable, self-service tools that power our people data foundation, including data pipelines and modeling, data governance, BI tools and dashboards, and AI strategy.
