Organization: SAFH-Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Position Overview: Oversees the day-to-day operations and activities performed by Patient Access staff. Responsible for customer service, consistent with the Sutter Health's mission, values and vision. Collaborates with staff and leadership within the organization to drive standard processes and ensure consistency of practices as well as continuous process improvement within the Patient Access department. Makes decisions in fast-paced, fluid environment; actively collaborates with leadership and staff within defined service level agreements.
