Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record.
  • Experience with platforms such as Meta and TikTok; other platforms like Pinterest and Snapchat are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use analytics tools effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat are a plus.
  • Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing.
  • Utilize analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates.
  • Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on optimization and improvement.
