Manager, P&O Systems and Reporting
About The Position
VCA is looking a Manager of P&O Systems & Reporting will oversee and optimize the People & Organization technology infrastructure, data management and reporting functions for VCA. The Manager will develop, implement, manage and maintain analytics and reporting functions ensuring that P&O data is accessible, actionable and aligned with organizational goals. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders including People & Organization, Sr. Leadership Team, Mars Veterinary Health and others to support decision making through strategic data insights and reporting. PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role based at our VCA Support Office, located at 12401 West Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90064
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, systems management, project management, data analytics, and/or reporting
- HRIS - Workday experience
- Strong ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Proven stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Background in managing HR vendors and system integrations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategy for P&O systems (ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Manage system configuration, upgrades, and integrations
- Partner with IT and vendors for system security and compliance
- Lead change management for system updates and enhancements
- Maintain data governance, user access, and system integrity standards
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams across Mars Veterinary Health
- Act as a liaison between P&O, IT, Finance, and other teams
- Support HR Business Partners in improving data literacy and self-service reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency
