The incumbent is responsible for managing the operations and strategic planning of human resources, customer/patient services, and financial management for the assigned outpatient function in support of the goals and mission of the organization. The incumbent works with multiple departments, physicians and staff to understand and meet the needs of the surrounding community. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
