Manager, Outage and Special Projects (Hybrid)
About The Position

At LCRA, we are seeking a driven Outage and Special Projects Manager! As an Outage Manager, you will collaborate closely with Maintenance managers, site supervisors, construction coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Requirements
- Twelve or more years of experience in project controls, project management or work package management, or relevant experience, including four or more years managing projects (including managing scope, schedule and budget).
- A degree(s) in engineering, business, finance, economics, construction management, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in power plant outage management
- Experience in Microsoft Project/ Primavera P6 Project Scheduling
- Experience in budget forecasting & effective task organizational skills
Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, prioritize and coordinate work within assigned work area
- Plan within the maintenance management system Maximo
