About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven track record (10+ years) of orchestrating transformational change initiatives in dynamic environments, with a penchant for innovation and disruption.
  • Mastery of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotters 8-Step Process), with a knack for adapting and evolving strategies.
  • Strong project management and project delivery experience (Agile framework)
  • Has a blended PMO, Change Readiness, and Organizational Transformation skillset.
  • Stellar communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to captivate and inspire audiences of all sizes.
  • Analytical prowess, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights and driving informed decision-making.
  • Willingness to embark on transformative journeys, with occasional travel to client sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Transformational Leadership, Change Management, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management prowess and certification (e.g., PMP) a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of prior Business Development and Account Management experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
