The Community Habilitation Manager is responsible for overseeing a caseload of individuals and staff. The manager is responsible for training staff to assist individuals to become more independent when performing activities of daily living and community integration in order to achieve their valued outcomes. Services are primarily community based and revolve around volunteer and recreational opportunities. The Community Habilitation Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Community Direct Support Professionals (CDSPs) foster and maintain an environment that promotes the health and safety of all persons served. This exempt position is expected to maintain a regular, full-time work schedule of five (5) days per week and eight (8) hours per day, unless an alternative arrangement is documented and approved by leadership.
