About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and executing projects, managing business solutions, and driving operational improvements as it relates to Spark Driver/Shopper performance. The position requires strong project management, continuous improvement, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and people leadership skills, all while upholding Walmart’s values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence. This position requires 10-15% travel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing operational projects with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to drive project execution and results.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in managing multiple priorities and corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building partnerships and influencing outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve operational processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business strategies and drive execution.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
