Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
  • Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states.

Nice To Haves

  • Agricultural based degree desired.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for overall operations of location. (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
  • Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution.
  • Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution.
  • Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset.
  • Provide customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspections.
