About The Position

The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple regional hub locations. This includes direct oversight and supervision of clinical staff throughout the area, working closely with the General Manager or EVP, Clinical Solutions to drive revenue and growth through consistent clinical operations, high employee engagement, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Active NMTCB or ARRT Certification OR an active National Paramedic Registry
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program or Paramedicine program
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • 2 years of Supervisory experience in a clinical setting OR for Internal Applicants, a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead as verified through internal programs

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful day-to-day supervision of clinical staff within the assigned area, including but not limited to:
  • Personnel Management: Working with the General Manager/EVP and Human Resources on all employee related duties including addressing employee concerns, staffing, performance management, annual evaluations, and managing the staff schedule. Responsible for time and attendance management including service coverage, time-off requests, overtime management, and payroll sign-off.
  • Training & Development: Oversee new hire and continuous training for all employees, demonstrating quality care, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
  • Employee Communication: Communicate company, service-line, and area initiatives, quality assurance education, and continuous learning opportunities with employees through monthly meetings.
  • Responsible for Nuclear Medicine operations, including:
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for overseeing and managing the supply inventory at the assigned locations, including medical and office supplies.
  • Fiscal Management: Along with their direct Supervisor, the Manager is responsible for maintaining the P&L of the assigned area(s), including accurate forecasting and management of service days, revenue, and labor. Partnering with accounts receivables and interfacing with customers on collections.
  • Radiation Safety: Work with Radiation Safety Officer to ensure best practices are followed to ensure ALARA compliance. Maintain records, coordinate film badges for clinical staff, coordinate disposal/removal of RAM waste, ordering and inventory of RAM supplies, conducting audits as related to maintenance of licensing.
  • Accreditation Management: Assist with the coordination and submission of new accreditation applications. Maintain all documentation and databases as needed to support continued accreditation. Submit all required documentation and images to Operations Services for application submission. Ensure that all changes are communicated and that all submitted policies are followed according to accreditation standards.
  • Manage the hub operations through:
  • Camera Management: Working with Operations Services to coordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs of cameras while ensuring efficient and timely operations are maintained.
  • Fleet Management: Responsible for fleet management, assisting Operations staff in coordinating scheduled maintenance, repairs, annual renewals, and reporting of damaged vehicles. May provide ancillary oversight to regional operations employees.
  • Recordkeeping & Data Management: Ensure accurate recordkeeping and data management according to all state and regulatory agency guidelines and company policies and procedures.
  • Facility Operations: Ensuring all hub/area utilities and services are maintained, daily checklists are completed, and a clean, safe, clutter-free environment is maintained. Responsible for working with Property Management and Operations Services as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by:
  • DIS Staff Management: Manage any concerns that may arise when the clinical employees are performing nuclear stress services, ensuring that the needs of physicians and office staff are consistently met.
  • Staffing Management: In the event of critical staffing shortages, fulfill the duties of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Cardiac Stress Technician.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform audits of clinical staff to ensure image quality control, radiation safety, and adherence to all company, state, and federal regulations and policies. Work with Quality Assurance team to provide feedback and implement best practices.
  • Client Management: Engage with customers routinely to obtain feedback on clinical staff and nuclear operations. Perform site visits, employee audits, and routine check-ins to maintain positive relationships and continued patient satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
