About The Position

Position Summary... This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. What you'll do... Requirements

  • Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
  • Experience in retail or supply chain environments
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
  • Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
