Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3+ years’ experience in WFM/HCM/WLM platforms
Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
Experience in retail or supply chain environments
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area

Responsibilities

Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
