Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3+ years’ experience in WFM/HCM/WLM platforms
  • Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
  • Experience in retail or supply chain environments
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area

Responsibilities

  • Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
  • Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
