Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) and drive financial performance.
  • Effective communication skills to engage and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Accountability in enforcing compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
  • Adaptability to lead continuous improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in customer service excellence and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience in hiring, training, mentoring, and developing associates.
  • Strong business operations acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support associates and managers in community outreach and company-sponsored programs to strengthen local relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with policies by monitoring safety, asset protection, and quality assurance standards.
  • Supervise hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation to develop a skilled and accountable team.
  • Drive financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Manage customer service initiatives to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate operational activities, set clear goals, and promote continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Model integrity, ethical behavior, and Walmart values to foster a positive workplace culture.
