Requirements

Proven experience in operations management with strong leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) and drive financial performance.
Effective communication skills to engage and motivate teams and stakeholders.
Accountability in enforcing compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
Adaptability to lead continuous improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Expertise in customer service excellence and resolving complex issues.
Experience in hiring, training, mentoring, and developing associates.
Strong business operations acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

Lead and support associates and managers in community outreach and company-sponsored programs to strengthen local relationships.
Ensure compliance with policies by monitoring safety, asset protection, and quality assurance standards.
Supervise hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation to develop a skilled and accountable team.
Drive financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements and implementing corrective action plans.
Manage customer service initiatives to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate operational activities, set clear goals, and promote continuous improvement and adaptability.
Model integrity, ethical behavior, and Walmart values to foster a positive workplace culture.
