Job Summary Job Description Key Accountabilities OPI Engine: •Oversee identification, sizing, and prioritization of OPI initiatives to maximize trading desk value capture and risk minimization. •Continuously monitor and refine processes to enhance trading performance and risk management. Stakeholder Collaboration: •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. •Communicate complex analytical insights in a clear and actionable manner to Commercial leadership. •Support cross-functional projects that enhance the overall trading capabilities of VST Market Expertise: •Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the energy trading sector. •Provide expert insights and strategic recommendations based on market analysis and data-driven findings. •Lead efforts to enhance the organization's understanding of market dynamics and their impact on trading strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in finance, economics, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in the energy trading or operations sector with a strong background in project management or management consulting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and organizing the work of several teams/individuals.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
