This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Seattle or Boston office. The Manager, Operations Finance is a critical member of the Sonos Operations Finance organization, supporting more than 30 cross-functional partners who collectively manage ~$1B in annual COGS. As a trusted advisor to the global operations organization, this role is responsible for delivering core financial processes—including forecasting, variance analysis, and quarterly earnings support—while also providing strategic decision support across manufacturing, logistics, trade compliance, engineering, and accounting. This leader will oversee key components of the company’s cost structure, drive cross-functional financial alignment, and advance financial systems and tools that enable efficiency, transparency, and margin improvement. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, deep understanding of supply chain and cost accounting, and the ability to communicate and influence across global teams. The position reports to the Director, Operations Finance.
