As the Manager of Final Review & Routing, you will serve as the last checkpoint in the Delivery Defects & Enhancements workflow. You will ensure all validated and sized submissions meet quality, governance, and routing standards before moving forward. By leveraging AI-enabled workflow tools, you will drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in routing issues to the right customer, driver, or associate teams-minimizing rework, accelerating resolution, and strengthening trust in the intake-to-resolution process.
