About The Position

We’re looking for a technically savvy, detail-oriented operations manager to own the systems and processes that protect platform health and stability throughout feature launches across Last Mile Delivery. This role is deeply connected to the Spark Driver app and the broader driver experience ecosystem. You’ll ensure features ship with minimal bugs and defects, risks are proactively identified and mitigated prior to launch, and launch quality is consistently measured and understood across the organization. What you'll do... Build and scale an end-to-end feature launch framework focused on platform stability, defect prevention, and risk mitigation from 0 → 1 and beyond. Translate product and technical requirements into structured workflows, readiness gates, and quality controls that protect the driver experience. Proactively identify and escalate technical, operational, and user-impact risks across the PDLC with clear mitigation and go/no-go recommendations. Centralize launch tracking, scorecards, and defect visibility across features. Partner with Platform Health to prevent systemic risk and connect launches to broader health signals. Communicate readiness, risks, and stability metrics to senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and strengthen launch governance. What you'll bring: 7+ years in program management, product operations, or technical execution roles with strong operational rigor. Deep understanding of PDLC, mobile app release cycles, and large-scale launch risk. Proven ability to design systems that identify, track, and mitigate risk across concurrent feature launches. Experience diagnosing how defects and regressions drive broader platform instability and driver impact. Advanced Excel and BI expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to build scorecards and reporting. Strong data synthesis skills, translating complex signals into clear insights and recommendations. Cross-functional fluency across Engineering, Product, and Operations. Systems thinker with high ownership and experience scaling features from concept to rollout.
