The Manager, Operations Analytics supports the design and delivery of data‑driven insights, process improvements, and adoption measurements for enterprise deployments. This role partners closely with Data & Analytics and Deployment teams to build dashboards, assist with tool development, and track adoption metrics such as training completion, email engagement, and survey results. A key focus of this role is optimizing and standardizing internal processes within the Deployment & Enablement teams, ensuring repeatable, scalable practices and tools that improve operational efficiency and adoption across deployments.
