About The Position

The Manager, Operations Analytics supports the design and delivery of data‑driven insights, process improvements, and adoption measurements for enterprise deployments. This role partners closely with Data & Analytics and Deployment teams to build dashboards, assist with tool development, and track adoption metrics such as training completion, email engagement, and survey results. A key focus of this role is optimizing and standardizing internal processes within the Deployment & Enablement teams, ensuring repeatable, scalable practices and tools that improve operational efficiency and adoption across deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and basic SQL.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and survey design.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in operations or multi-site environments.
  • Exposure to UKG/WFM, JDE, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BI tools, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization & Insights Develop dashboards and visualizations in partnership with TDS to communicate deployment performance and adoption trends. Prepare summaries of training completion, email read rates, and survey results for leadership review.
  • Process Optimization & Tool Support Assist in mapping manual processes and identifying opportunities for automation. Support tool development and deployment efforts that reduce cycle time and improve accuracy. Maintain process documentation and ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Administrative Process Optimization Review and analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Design repeatable processes and frameworks that improve consistency and scalability. Collaborate with Ops Support team to implement best practices and monitor performance improvements.
  • Deployment Adoption Measurement Track and report adoption metrics for new processes and tools across deployments. Build simple scorecards and reports to highlight progress and areas needing attention.
  • Survey Design & Measurement Contribute to the design of survey instruments and measurement frameworks. Compile and analyze survey data to inform adoption strategies.
  • Operational Analytics Support analytics for workforce processes (timekeeping compliance, PTO accruals, UKG/WFM) and deployment readiness. Provide data extracts and assist with dashboard updates for leadership reporting.
