As Manager of Operational Resilience and Readiness, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. The Manager of Operational Resilience and Readiness is also responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of emergency management, business continuity, safety, and environmental compliance programs across the health system. This role ensures organizational readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience through strategic planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field required
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Safety, Hazardous Materials Spill Response, or Fire/Life Safety required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 5 years or more of relevant experience preferred
