The City of Lenexa Parks & Recreation Department is accepting applications for a part-time Manager on Duty (MOD) at the Lenexa Old Town Activity Center . Position Summary: The Manager on Duty (MOD) serves as the on-site leader during assigned shifts and supports the overall operation of the Activity Center. This role focuses on customer service, staff support, and safety oversight to help maintain a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient recreation facility. Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Work occurs primarily during weekday evenings and weekends, with occasional holiday shifts as needed. Schedules are based on operational needs and staff availability, with an average of approximately 1015 hours per week.
