The Opportunity: Mattel is seeking a Marketing Manager based here at our worldwide headquarters in El Segundo, CA on our Target Omnichannel Retail Marketing Team. This position will lead the strategy & development of the Target Omnichannel Retail Strategy and manage the day-to-day operations on behalf of the Boys (Vehicles & Action Figure) category. This role will collaborate and develop deep partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders at Mattel (Sales, Brand & US Marketing, Shopper Insights, PR, National Media, Creative Services, etc.), Target (Buyers, Planners, Marketing/Merchandising, Media Group, etc.) and Licensors.
