PURPOSE The Manager of Victory House Worship will professionally and purposefully present the heart and art of Victory House Worship and associated artist brands to Victory Church and the marketplace. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategize with Director of VHW on projects, recordings, and release strategies. Maintain and navigate music industry partnerships. Catalog and organize publishing and writer info for every song (writer names, writer splits, PRO info, etc) Register songs on behalf of all writers and publishers with proper Publishing Administrators (includes registering with CCLI & PRO organizations etc) Draft and/or manage all publishing agreements/contracts (when needed) Facilitate all publishing related conversations with writers, distributers, management teams and labels. Create chord charts, lead sheets and other chart assets for every song, (including both letter & number charts, in all needed keys) for internal Victory Church use and delivery to all applicable external resource partners (Multitracks, CCLI, PraiseCharts, WorshipTogether, etc) Organize, label, file and catalog all stems for all original content for internal Victory Church use and delivery to external resource partners. Manage all public profiles on resource partner websites (including content presentation, bios, promotional photos, etc.) Manage all public profiles on Digital Service Provider platforms Partner with internal staff to manage Victory House Worship (and other brands) internal websites on VictoryATL.com. Actively seek promotional opportunities for Victory’s original songs to be featured through resource partner channels and networks in order to increase exposure of songs to other churches Develop and leverage other partnerships to generate opportunities for Victory House Worship to appear on podcasts, devotional videos, etc. Partner with Strategy and Marketing to facilitate live event execution Oversee visual contractors for live events including video/film, photography, social media, etc. providing clear direction and expectation Assist in managing video editors, photographers, and graphic designers to receive timely deliverables for each project Oversee the process with graphic designers and video teams (internal staff and external partners) to create cover artwork and lyric videos for each release Upload songs with online Digital Distributors to deliver songs & albums to all digital music stores (Apple, Spotify, Amazon etc) Upload, setup and release all YouTube content and manage the channels. Schedule, plan, organize any necessary photo shoots needed for artwork / content in preparation for upcoming releases, partnering with the Executive Pastor of Creative Arts - Oversee internal marketing and promotion to Victory Church through existing church channels Oversee marketing and promotion of Victory House Worship brands on Spotify, YouTube. Facilitate the execution of targeted ad campaigns on social media platforms Provide regular financial updates on royalties and oversee that payouts are made to all parties Create a monthly “report card” on song performance Provide monthly communication and manage VHW’s Mailchimp email system COMPETENCIES Strategic Planning Communication Proficiency Collaboration Integrity Trust Authenticity Discretion Emotional Maturity Interpersonal Skills Project Management
