We are seeking an experienced and people-focused UI/UX Manager to lead a team of talented UX professionals in creating engaging, intuitive, and meaningful digital experiences for our members and their customers. In this role, you’ll guide the user experience vision for Do it Best’s digital platforms—including ecommerce, member portals, and retail engagement tools—ensuring every interaction supports business goals and strengthens the cooperative’s value proposition. You’ll serve as both a creative leader and a people manager—mentoring your team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of thoughtful, human-centered design solutions. You’ll champion journey mapping and other research-driven methods to understand user needs, identify friction points, and translate insights into actionable design strategies that enhance the digital experience across the entire customer and member journey.
