Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources, this position will guide the development, design, and implementation of training and development programs; including but not limited to skills training, personal and professional development, new hire orientation, organizational development, eLearning, mandatory training, and Commonwealth offerings. This position will develop and deliver management and leadership training programs, develop programs to address identified gaps, and help adapt our workforce to meet long-term goals. Additionally, this position will oversee various compliance initiatives and assist with internal and external audit review. This is a hands-on and visible role, working directly with the campus community. Our Human Resources team is seeking a skilled professional who can help us develop our workforce, strengthen employee engagement, and maintain compliance with standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
