Responsibilities include engineering and QA leadership, agile delivery, and reducing technical debt while fostering scalable, future-ready systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years leading complex tech initiatives (digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, microservices).
- Expertise in SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and risk management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years in people management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Horizon and other platforms using microservices, cloud, AI/ML, and DevOps for secure, high-performing solutions.
- Guide scrum teams to deliver quality, scalable solutions and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure architectural consistency, best practices, and risk mitigation across projects.
- Lead design reviews, code quality, and technical decisions.
- Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing engineering and QA team.
- Drive process improvements and explore emerging technologies.
- Align technology with business goals through joint roadmaps.
- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and PMO for cohesive implementations.
- Prevent and resolve technical debt across platforms.
