Who we’re looking for Fieldwire is seeking a driven and energetic Manager of Sales Development, to help grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. As the Manager of Sales Development, you’ll guide and empower a dynamic team of Sales Development Representatives within our rapidly expanding company. The primary goal for SDRs is to accelerate our sales pipeline by engaging leads from multiple sources. Together with your team, you'll focus on the SMB and MidMarket sectors in construction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at shaping high-performing sales teams and influencing the direction of our sales organization.
