The Ashlar Village Sales Manager is responsible for managing the development of future prospective resident accounts and the sales associated for the 134 Pond Ridge units comprised of Assisted Living, Memory Care and Rental properties. On a daily basis, the Sales Manager is expected to work independently and execute high level financial negotiations to close sales. It is expected that this role will strategize, overcome objections and have the ability to extemporize to meet the ever-changing needs of the business. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day sales business operations, building relationships with sales prospects, qualifying and conducting proper discovery to drive sales results, requiring industry knowledge and research as requested to stay ahead of trends and incorporate into strategy planning with the Director of Sales and Executive Director. This position also requires inside and outside sales initiatives as well as outreach to industry professionals and business partners.
