Experienced professional with leadership experience that will be responsible for overseeing the 4-person Regional Commercial Support team. Requires excellent Customer Service Skills with sound operational foundation in Banking. This position is primarily responsible for managing the commercial relationship representatives in the region. The Regional Commercial Support (RCS) team provides support to portfolio managers, relationship managers and leadership such as clerical/administrative duties, loan and deposit administration, the onboarding of new personnel, CRM maintenance, reporting, professional customer service and problem resolution. The incumbent provides executive support to the Regional Manager/President relative to regional events, meetings and other duties as assigned.
