Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science - Radiology required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a working technologist.
National Certification (ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, etc.) necessary.
Licensure by the ADH if applicable.
State of Arkansas Radiography license required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
Experience in budget management and compliance.
