About The Position

Deliver unforgettable moments in premium hospitality! As the General Manager of Premium, you will lead all premium services — including suites, clubs, and VIP areas — ensuring excellence in execution, service, and guest satisfaction. You'll create seamless event experiences, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational and financial success across premium spaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in premium or fine dining environments
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, labor, and financial reporting
  • Experience working with VIP clientele and luxury service expectations

  • ServSafe and responsible alcohol service certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across suites, clubs, and VIP premium areas
  • Manage and develop supervisors, captains, and service staff
  • Collaborate with culinary and event teams to exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure premium service standards and attention to detail at all touchpoints
  • Monitor labor costs, budgets, and sales performance
  • Foster relationships with high-profile guests and stakeholders
  • Implement training programs for service excellence and brand standards
