Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits. To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager of People Operations with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-7+ years of work experience and a proven track record of project management, stakeholder management, and data analysis. Ideal teammates will be systems-oriented, have experience managing detailed data tracking and compliance workflows and strong communication with key stakeholders. The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-7+ years of work experience
  • Proven track record of project management, stakeholder management, and data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of fast-paced, goal-driven strategists who constantly improve systems to provide a superior employee experience
  • Collect, manage and analyze teacher data across the organization to support management of schools and ensure progress towards goals, such as staffing and certification
  • Oversee key employee lifecycle processes, ensuring clear communication, compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for staff across the network
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support aligned to organizational standards
  • Equip School Leaders with the tools, resources, and guidance needed to uphold people-related policies and ensure staff remain in full compliance.
  • Equips Zeta Talent and Advisory teams with the data transparency needed for hiring and state reporting complaince
  • Collaborate and partner with various teams across the network, including schooling and operations, to ensure all People Operations policies and procedures are properly implemented at our schools
  • Design and implement scalable, innovative approaches to employee communication, education, and engagement
  • Maintain and support evaluation metrics to measure standards and help refine our processes
  • Wear multiple hats as part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others and taking on new projects and tasks as needed in relentless pursuit of Zeta’s mission.
