We’re looking for a Manager, People Operations to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of our compensation, benefits, and people operations programs — ensuring they’re competitive, compliant, efficient, and employee-centric. This is a hands-on player/coach role that balances strategic impact with operational excellence. You’ll oversee total rewards, people systems, and the full employee lifecycle from an operations perspective— from onboarding through transitions and offboarding — while ensuring the integrity of our policies, compliance reporting, and data privacy standards. You’ll treat the employee experience as a product, leveraging feedback, analytics, and AI-driven insights to continuously improve how people experience work at MacroHealth.
