SUMMARY Brooklyn Basketball brings the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty together to establish a community-first basketball experience. Our goal is to grow the game for participants of all ages through professionally-led clinics and camps, community-focused events, instructional videos, unique basketball content and much more. The Manager of Operations is responsible for the venue management of the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. This role includes overseeing building maintenance, scheduling the facility, managing staffing schedules, and coordinating with vendors who provide various services such as cleaning, security, and audio-visual support. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility and event management, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Manager of Operations will report to the Director of Operations.
