About The Position

The Manager of Operations & Supply Chain Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for optimizing and transforming core supply chain and operations processes across the organization. This position involves analyzing end-to-end processes, driving transparency and efficiency using analytics and automation, and developing strategic roadmaps aligned with the company's manufacturing and supply strategy. The Manager leads large cross-functional project teams to improve productivity, service levels, quality, and cost efficiency, and acts as a key driver for excellence in Operations and Supply Chain. Additionally, the role includes defining and implementing business process standards, facilitating change management and capability building, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain processes, strategic and analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Informatics or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Operations Excellence, Supply Chain transformation, management consulting or internal consulting.
  • Proven experience in leading large operational or supply chain transformations.
  • Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain processes or operational performance improvement.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, performance levers and operational KPIs.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking; ability to translate shop floor problem statements into E2E solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to engage shop floor teams, plant leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • High resilience, results-oriented mindset, and strong customer focus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred due to close collaboration with local plant operations and engagement in global projects).
  • Willingness to travel (regional + global).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and digital enablement tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning solutions, process mining and automation technologies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Process & Program Leadership Analyze and optimize core SCM & Ops processes (e.g., Plan-to-Source, Purchase to Produce, Production Planning & Execution, Internal Logistics, Order to Delivery, Warehousing, Distribution).
  • Drive E2E process transparency using analytics, benchmarking, automation and shop floor insights.
  • Develop strategic process and capability roadmaps for Operations & Supply Chain, aligned with manufacturing and supply strategy.
  • Lead cross plant transformation initiatives aimed at improving productivity, service levels, quality, and cost-to-serve.
  • Act as key driver for the future operating model in Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management Lead large cross functional project teams (>25 team members) across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Technology/IT, Finance and Commercial.
  • Ensure delivery of operational programs with measurable impact on throughput, lead time, service level and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare decision documents and business cases for plant leadership, regional operations leadership and the senior leadership.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and act as a trusted partner for process performance, operational stability, and strategic direction.
  • Operational & Business Process Excellence Define and implement BPM standards specifically tailored to manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Use KPIs, process mining, performance analytics and operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement levers.
  • Ensure standardization and harmonization across plants and supply chain nodes.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable solutions supporting lean operations, automation, and digital enablement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, operational KPIs, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Change Management & Capability Building Drive change management to ensure sustainable adoption of process and system improvements across manufacturing and supply chain teams.
  • Facilitate capability building workshops for process thinking, lean practices, and digital processes.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams and project members to strengthen BPM and operational improvement know how.
