The Manager of Medical Staff Services will oversee and coordinate the activities of Medical Staff Coordinators. The incumbent in this position will support the Director’s managing the Rapid City Hospital Credentialing and Medical Executive Committees, and the reporting to the Board of Directors. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance for all peer review activities and document management. The incumbent is responsible for managing peer review/ code of conduct processes directly supporting the medical staff leaders in the process ensuring compliance with state and Federal laws and CMS COPs, The Joint Commission and National Committee for Quality Assurance accreditation standards.
